Jeff Bettger has proudly served the Bonita and Chula Vista area as a real estate agent for the past 24 years.  www.JeffBettger.com  He considers himself lucky to have raised his daughter and son here.  Prior to his real estate career, Jeff was a professor of special education at SFSU and UC Berkeley, following post-doctoral research at the Salk Institute in La Jolla. With his heart always in education, Jeff sits on the Board of Directors for the Southwestern College Foundation.  Jeff is also a long-time member of the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce where he participates in the Education Committee and has led their Leadership Program.

Kim’s journey began with a deep love for creativity, honing her skills in design and multimedia from an early age. Over the years, she has worked across various industries, from financial services to large-scale conventions, seamlessly blending strategic marketing with artistic vision. Her expertise spans event planning, digital content creation, and community engagement, always with a focus on making an impact.

Eddie Flores, the creative force behind Love Life Photography, has been capturing the essence of weddings, families, and special events for over 13 years. Eddie’s passion for photography is matched only by his commitment to customer service. His goal is to go above and beyond to create memorable moments while ensuring every session is super fun and easy-going.
